hi! someone gave me their ryobi weed trimming because they didn’t use it anymore. works great! i hit a tomato cage and the string snapped off. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to open the head to feed new string out. I see a roll on there but it’s not opening. if anyone’s near neptune home depot on 66 and out of the goodness of their heart wants to show me how to fix it i’d be most appreciative! i’ve watched you tube videos for an hour and found one where he kind of explains but it’s not working for me. thanks, charlie
