Our cute, cozy, and fully furnished first floor duplex is available on a weekly basis during the summer 2026. Over the last 13 years, we renovated the kitchen, installed a complete new bathroom, installed a new heating system, and refurbished the rooms with new floors, beds, AC, and TVs. The apartment is located on a quiet street in family-oriented Surf City. It is 3 short blocks from the ocean and 1 short block from the Bay

It includes:
2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 -- includes 2 twin beds and a 40” LCD TV
Bedroom 2 -- includes a queen bed and a 32" LCD TV
Living room sofa (new as of June 2021) opens to a full bed and has a 42” SMART TV
Wall air conditioning in all rooms
Small kitchen with new cabinets as of August 2023
Oven -new as of June 2020
Microwave- new as of August 2023
Refrigerator- new as of August 2022

Pots/Pans

We rent from Friday to Friday so that our guests can enjoy reduced traffic and an uninterrupted weekend.

The weekly rates (Friday to Friday) are:
June 5-19 $1375 per week
June 19- Sept 11 $1695 per week
Sept 11- Sept 25 $1375 per week

There is a $300 refundable security deposit and a $200 beach badge deposit for the 4 badges. There is no rental tax, unless the town implements it. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional $150/ week, with additional pet security deposit, and with written approval from landlord. Maximum capacity 6 people including tenants and guests at any time.
