Looking for experienced well versed individual(s) with all around knowledge of single family
Very busy single family home building business
Including, initial assistance to owners engineer and surveyor to help with zoning and actual house stake out, build to final approvals
On going work coordination with clients and existing company trades , including zoning, building departments and and inspection stages
Ability and construction knowledge to perform occasional hands on work if needed
Requires having a proper working vehicle
To control your own hours as needed, will hire as a sub contractor- license and insurance required
References required
