We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Equipment Operator to join our team. The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support construction, excavation, landscaping, or site development projects. The ideal candidate has experience operating multiple types of heavy machinery and is committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
* Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, skid steers, and rollers.
* Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
* Follow project plans and supervisor instructions to complete assigned tasks.
* Load, move, and grade materials as required.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area.
* Adhere to all company safety policies
* Work effectively with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
* Previous experience operating heavy equipment required.
* Valid driver's license
* Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
