This tool is in rough used condition. The motor is strong, the switch/trigger works well, and the table and sliding fence are undamaged and true. The angle rotation / locking mechanism, however, is a little finicky; it does not seem to slide smoothly or calibrate easily. That said, it still 'locks' strongly with the turn handle, so the saw is still perfectly viable. Perhaps better suited for framing or rough work, than fine finish carpentry. In my experience, whenever I needed a 'perfect' right angle, I would just set the saw with my speed square rather than trust the "0", which could be +/- a degree or two. Not sure if the laser is working.
