This is an E8/9 diesel locomotive, new in the box. Purchased but never used, the ACL 532 loco remains in factory fresh condition, never even removed from the sealed packaging. Comes with docs and a few detail parts to be installed. Runs on traditional DC power. The outer box is a bit shelf worn but intact and clean:
