The price is for both items. Separately, BB8 is $50 and Grogu is 30. These come as shown...no box, no docs. Building instructions are free on-line.

BB8 is Lego 75187. He is heavy and over 8" tall. I see nothing missing, nothing damaged. Turn one dial and a panel opens, BB8's utility arm pops out. Turn another dial and his head rolls. Pretty cool. Comes on a stand. A very tiny BB8 figure is not included.

Grogu is Lego set 75318. He is also very heavy and 8" tall. His ears can move up and down and his head turns. The silver ball he loves so much from Mando's ship is not Lego but looks great. The tiny figure is missing but replaced with a Yoda minifigure. Another great Lego creation.
