Hello! I am a semi-retired chef looking for part time work. I have a long resume of experience in restaurants, catering and banquet facilities. I am very familiar with Italian, Polish and most European cuisine and am also trained in Kosher cooking. I can cook for you at home or in a kitchen or restaurant for a larger group. Specialties include homemade pastas, meatballs, and all kinds of fresh and seasonal meats, seafoods, fish, vegetables, breakfast and more. I also possess baking and dessert skills so I can make a delicious meal from start to finish!

I am based in Keyport and would like to work within 20 minutes of my area. I'd be happy to do the food shopping and prep and although I'd prefer more day than late evening work, I am flexible. I do insist on a clean and pest free working environment and have completed food safety courses repeatedly.

Salary range is $25-$50 hourly depending on position.
