Administrator office Manager with expertise in QuickBooks ONLINE, Excell, Microsoft office.
Responsibilities:
QuickBooks accounting entries, excell spreadsheets, Assistance with project management.
Admin support for phone calls with subcontractors, scheduling, permits, and project management for home building tasks. Insurance filing, audits, business yearly filings
Managing multiple files, drawings, estimates.
Assist Project manager in the field, schedule inspections

We are a small office, Custom Home builder with 4 to 5 projects at a time that need total organization.
Pay starting at $22 per hour 30 hours/ week minimum (4 day work week preferred but can do 5 days) can easily move up in pay and hours if you complete initial tasks and take on more to help this company run smooth.
