Busy contracting office is looking for a talented individual to bolster our team.

Responsibilities include:
• Coordination of all aspects of projects from lead contact through installation
• Tracking marketing sources of incoming leads
• Heavy phone and email contact with customers
• Scheduling estimates and installations
• Generation and distribution of appointment postcards and mailings
• Permitting of all projects as necessary
• Utility mark out coordination
• Assisting in sales and customer relationship effort by following up on estimates and installations
• Able to see areas lacking and willing to pitch in to ensure success
• Other tasks as assigned

- Reliable as this role is an integral part of our operations
- Able to understand and logically maintain scheduled appointments
- Able to prioritize independently and multi-task effectively
- Professional, articulate, concise, and patient while interacting with customers on the phone
- Organized and a quick learner
- A great anticipator and able to understand the entire operational process to help adapt to changing conditions
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in a similar position

Office hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday with overtime as needed to complete work tasks. Paid vacation, sick and holidays, health benefits, 401k. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
