About The Instrument:
This is a player's grade FCS Telecaster Custom built for the Brooks Mays Pro Shop in Dallas between 1997-1998. I purchased this from Rocky Arthas who was the original owner and gigged this instrument heavily. Everything functions as it should but there are many dings, swirls, scratches, etc. on the body. The neck is in relatively great shape but the frets could use a dress and polish (none of the wear impacts play). Truss rod responds in both directions and is setup presently with minimal relief, 9s in standard tuning. Neck is modern 1-11/16th nut width so you get the mojo of the double bound vintage custom with a more sensible neck (especially if you're a Gibson fan).
This is a fabulous player's guitar, sounds great, and turns a lot of heads.

$2499 OBO. Willing to meet within reasonable distance of Ocean County. If listing is up, then it is available. Would only consider a trade for a high-end Gretsch with TV Jones (Falcon/Penguin/etc)
