Includes two mouthpieces, one marked American Master - 11 C and a second marked Herco.
Instrument is in nice shape, a couple very minor dings but nothing to affect playability.
It has an Ess & Ess case so I'm guessing the instrument dates back to the late 50's or 1960's.
