Ibanez's FL9 Flanger Reissue boasts the same circuitry and beloved flange as its vintage '80s counterpart but provides more consistency. Because of its quiet time delay, the FL9 creates a rather noise-free flange, which can be modified with Regen (feedback/intensity), Sweep, Width, and Delay Time knobs. This allows players to hone in on one particular part of the sound and tweak it until you find exactly what you're looking for.

Just checked used price in Reverb and other sites and this is a super low price.
