Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our production team. This role involves managing the screen printing process to produce high-quality printed materials for various projects. Duties:
Operate and maintain screen printing equipment to produce consistent, high-quality prints across multiple substrates.
Prepare screens, inks, and other materials required for printing jobs.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate reproduction of digital artwork, including files created in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Troubleshoot technical issues during the printing process to minimize downtime and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols related to equipment operation and chemical handling.
Assist with quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
Qualifications
Proven experience with screen printing techniques and equipment operation.
