Luxury Private Residence | Spring Lake, NJ
Full-Time | Thursday–Monday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This role is similar to a “Chief Stewardess” on a yacht or in luxury hospitality. You will oversee the overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the home while helping lead the second housekeeper/laundry assistant.
Responsibilities Include:
Detailed daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence
Keeping the home guest-ready at all times
Organizing bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, kitchen, and living spaces
Managing household presentation and cleanliness standards
Coordinating laundry operations with assistant
Anticipating household needs and communicating professionally
Supporting occasional guest readiness and hospitality tasks
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in luxury housekeeping, hotels, private homes, yachts, or hospitality
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Positive attitude with a “no task too small” mindset
Professional, discreet, and dependable
Comfortable working independently in a private residence
Schedule & Compensation:
Immediate Start
Thursday through Monday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$20-$27 / hr based on experience
Occasional overtime if desired
