**Part-time Operation Supervisor – Monmouth & Ocean County, NJ**
We are seeking a motivated and dependable **Area Supervisor** to oversee operations throughout **Monmouth and Ocean County**.
**Schedule: **
* Tuesday through Saturday
* Part-time
**What We're Looking For:**
* Previous supervisory or management experience required
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Outstanding work ethic and reliability
* Hands-on leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help the team when needed
* Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and support staff across assigned locations
* Ensure quality standards and company expectations are consistently met
* Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly
* Train, coach, and motivate employees
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
* Complete reports and communicate operational updates
