Aphrodite Marble & Granite Inc is seeking a hardworking Stone Installer to assist our installation team in delivering and installing granite, quartz, marble, and other natural stone products in residential and commercial projects.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, works well with others, and wants to learn a skilled trade. Previous stone experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
* Assist with loading and unloading stone countertops.
* Safely transport stone materials to job sites.
* Carry and maneuver large stone pieces with a team.
* Assist in installing countertops, vanities, fireplaces, and other custom stone products.
* Help level, secure, and finish installations.
* Operate suction cups, dollies, clamps, and other installation equipment.
* Protect customers' homes during installations.
* Maintain clean trucks, tools, and equipment.
* Follow all safety procedures when lifting and handling stone.
Qualifications
* Able to lift 150–200 pounds repeatedly with team assistance.
* Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
* Ability to communicate and work as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license preferred.
* Construction, remodeling, moving, or warehouse experience is a plus.
* Stone installation experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
* Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
* Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Ability to safely handle heavy stone materials using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
