We are seeking an experienced and reliable subcontractor for year-round residential renovation and property maintenance work.
Responsibilities Include:
House renovations and remodeling
Siding installation and repairs
Roofing repairs and replacements
Gutter cleaning and maintenance
Concrete work (sidewalks, driveways, patios, etc.)
General handyman services
Power washing
Property maintenance and repair projects
Requirements:
Experience in residential construction and renovations
Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently
Own tools and reliable transportation preferred
Knowledge of roofing, siding, concrete, and general repair work
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Must be dependable, professional, and punctual
