Gorlin Pool Company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance. This role is essential in keeping our facilities safe, clean, and fully operational.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Handle pool cleaning & water quality control
• Use hand tools & power tools for repairs and installations
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

✅ Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge and repair experience
• Pool maintenance experience (preferred)
• Service technician background (a plus)
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Valid driver’s license may be required
