We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our marine construction team as Laborers and Lead Ground Guys. This is hands-on work building docks, driving piles, and related marine structures in demanding outdoor conditions.
Compensation
• Starting pay: $17–$25 per hour, based on experience and skills
• Overtime available
• Competitive rates for those with proven carpentry or marine construction background
Positions Available
• Laborers: Assist with hauling lumber and materials, operating basic power tools (saws, drills, etc.), rigging, and general site support. No drama—show up ready to work safely and efficiently.
• Lead Ground Guys: Read and interpret plans, direct crew activities, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate tasks. Must have strong carpentry experience (framing, decking, heavy timber work) and preferably prior exposure to dock building, pilings, or marine projects.
Preferred Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work long days in all weather, including on water

• Strict no cell phones on the job site (except during designated breaks) to maintain focus, productivity, and safety.
• Drug-free workplace — Zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol. Use, possession, or being under the influence is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination. We maintain a safe, professional environment for everyone.
