We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Concrete Worker to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience placing, finishing, and repairing concrete for commercial, residential, or municipal projects. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
### Responsibilities
* Prepare work sites by setting forms, grading, and installing reinforcement materials.
* Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools.
* Operate equipment such as power trowels, concrete saws, vibrators, and screeds.
* Form and finish sidewalks, driveways, foundations, slabs, curbs, and other concrete structures.
* Read and follow construction plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions.
* Perform concrete repairs, patching, and sealing as needed.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Assist with general construction duties as required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in concrete construction or concrete finishing preferred.
* Ability to read a tape measure and basic construction drawings.
* Experience operating concrete finishing tools and related equipment.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work.
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
* Strong work ethic, dependability, and teamwork skills.
