Job Description:
Locally owned restoration and remodeling company looking for a reliable and hardworking Restoration & Remodeling Technician to join our team on a temporary / part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.
We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in home restoration and remodeling who is comfortable working in different environments and willing to help where needed.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with water damage restoration projects
• Perform drywall repair and installation
• Interior painting and finishing work
• Assist with mold remediation and encapsulation
• Help with bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects
• Hang cabinets and assist with kitchen installations
• Install insulation when needed
• General demolition and restoration work
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work alongside the team to complete jobs efficiently
Requirements:
• Experience in home remodeling or restoration work preferred
• Knowledge of drywall, painting, mold remediation, kitchen/bath remodeling, cabinets, or insulation is a plus
• Must have own basic tools
• Must have reliable transportation / vehicle
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift equipment and work on job sites
• Willing to train the right person
Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience
Schedule:
Part-time / Full-time/ temporary hours depending on projects
