We are seeking a reliable, experienced **Handyman/Maintenance Technician** to join our team servicing residential communities in **Monmouth County, New Jersey**.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform general building maintenance and repairs
* Complete plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
* Perform routine custodial and cleaning duties as needed
* Maintain common areas, grounds, and building equipment
* Inspect and maintain swimming pools, including testing water chemistry, cleaning, and ensuring compliance with safety standards
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
* Assist with seasonal property maintenance and special projects
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 2 years of handyman or maintenance experience
* Experience with commercial or residential swimming pool maintenance is required
* Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems preferred
* Custodial and cleaning experience
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Strong work ethic, dependability, and excellent customer service skills
