I got this for $60 to go over my dining room table in my coastal themed house but decided to have a ceiling fan in the dining room instead, and it was too late to return this! It's so beautiful. I wish I had a spot in the house for it but I don't. The glass is totally intact and in great shape. Never used and still in its original packaging and box. It comes with instructions. Letting it go for $30.
