Hi my name is Kim,I am in my 30s. I am living in Point Pleasant Borough NJ and have been at the same place for about 7 years but I have to move because the landlord is selling the property.
I need a place that is a 1 bedroom. It needs to be clean and I need to have some room. Would prefer a decent size kitchen and living room and a bedroom that can fit a queen bed and has some storage space.
I am on SSI and will be receiving help from social services with a housing voucher as long as I can provide them with a lease and a few things that they need from the landlord.
I am responsible and clean, and quiet.I need to move out of the place I am as soon as possible.
