Hello,
Up for consideration is this custom built tinyhome RV camper bus conversion. IT IS NOT CURRENTLY DRIVABLE. The engine blew recently, and needs work or replacement. But the house part is amazing, very functional, fully off-grid, and meticulously hand crafted. It's got lots of solar, water capacity, a raised roof, heated floors, and many thoughtful features. The photos don't do it justice but this dwelling is very, very nice. Tow it to your parking space and live in it as is, or fix the engine and have a mobile tiny home (as it was for the last 5 years).

But here are some basics:
-2014 Ford e-450 Super Duty 6.8L V10; about 135k miles. Engine blew recently and needs repair or replacement
-Custom conversion completed in 2020-2021.
-Handcrafted cabinets, countertops, and hand-scraped hardwood floor; all made from reclaimed 100+ year old hardwood maple
Robust Electrical System:
-1200W Solar on the roof (4x 300w panels from Renogy; wired in 2s2p)
-9.9kWa lithium battery capacity (4x S.O.K. 12.8v 206Ah LiFePO4 steel case batteries; wired to in 2s2p to 24v)
-3000/9000W Inverter/charger (with 'shore power' connection)
-Victron MPPT 150/70 Solar charge controller
-Lots of 120V AC household type outlets
-The system carries plenty of power for days in the shade, or truly unlimited power if you have good sun.
Heating, AC, and Hot Water:
-Powerful Espar Eberspacher Hydronic Diesel heating system, for forced hot air, heated floors, and hot water service
-Senville Leto mini-split heating/AC system; fully solar powered. For supplimental heating (when you only need a light warmup), and full time ice cold air conditioning. Works perfect 24/7 off of solar with good sun, with backup shore power option for shade/clouds.
-MaxxAir bathroom vent fan
-MaxxAir Deluxe overhead vent fan
-96 gallons fresh water capacity
-33 gallons grey water capacity
-Self-contained composting toilet; slides away to hidden position
-Stand-up hot water shower
General Furnishings:
-Full size Italian leather sofa
-Queen sized standard mattress bed
-LOTS of storage, including cabinets, drawers, and huge under-bed cargo area
-Large kitchen counter including full sized sink, toaster oven, microwave, induction cooktop, mini-fridge/freezer with separate doors, spice racks, shelving, pull-out pantry
