Lamppost Bistro Bar & Lounge in Pine Beach (near Toms River) is looking for an experienced bartender for our bar and lounge.
What the job looks like:
Dinner service only, Sunday through Thursday
Typical shifts start late afternoon and run through dinner service
Closed Friday/Saturday and Jewish holidays
Upscale clientele, craft cocktails, full bar program
Steady, established restaurant, here since 2020
Supportive kitchen and FOH team
What we're looking for:
2+ years behind a bar (restaurant or lounge preferred)
Comfortable making classic cocktails and learning our cocktail program
Clean, professional, show up on time
Personality, our regulars come back because of who's pouring
Our last bartender grossed over $70K last year, not including cash tips, while having every Friday night and Saturday off.
