We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have a keen interest in hospitality, customer service, craft beer and are aligned with our social initiatives and community involvement.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests to the brewery.
Serve beer and provide guidance on our current offerings.
Sell to-go beer and merchandise.
Strict adherence to safety and sanitation procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace, bar, and taproom environment.
Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and with your taproom team members.
Manage guest tabs and process payments via Square.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and restocking tasks.
Change kegs as needed
Bring positive energy and hustle to every shift.
Your experience:
2yr + experience working in taprooms, bars or restaurants.
Familiarity with and affinity for craft beer.
21 years of age
Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
Flexibility to pick-up and cover shifts when needed.
Regularly lift up-to 55 pounds and push/pull up-to 165 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
