We are building something intentional.
A design-driven hospitality concept rooted in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, focused on shared plates, seasonality, and experience.
This is not a traditional restaurant environment.
Every detail matters — from the way food is prepared, to how it’s presented, to how it makes people feel.
We are currently looking for:
– Line Cooks
– Prep Cooks
– Chef de Partie
You should:
– Have at least 2–3 years of kitchen experience
– Move with urgency but care deeply about detail
– Be clean, organized, and respectful of the craft
– Understand or be excited about shared-style, ingredient-driven cooking
