Durazzo’s Italian Market is looking for a motivated and creative Butcher to join our team and help grow our meat department. We are open to new ideas and value craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do:
* Expert Preparation: Cut and prepare all varieties of meat while strictly maintaining safety standards.
* Customer Service: Provide a premier experience by greeting customers and offering expert recommendations.
* Department Maintenance: Manage display cases (fill, rotate, and maintain product) and organize inventory between coolers and the cutting area.
* Operations: Assist with unloading meat deliveries and ensure all equipment is kept clean and sanitized.
* Leadership: Train other associates as needed and assist with additional duties as assigned.
What We Offer:
* Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience).
