This is a new NICOLE MILLER 100% silk wrap skirt with ties that is a rare find. It is in new condition (without tags) and the silk is so soft and luxurious; the skirt is lined in the same silk fabric. It has two buttons for closure as well. It is a collector’s piece – tag states “Limited Quantities of this style in this pattern have been made for the United States. This pattern will never be repeated. 1988 Nicole Miller.” SIZE LARGE. There is a lot of fabric if you want to alter the piece. The pattern has devils, ice cream cones, playing cards, cake, pie, champagne, coffee, cigars, and martinis, on a dark navy blue background.
