This is a beautiful early 20th-century (circa 1910s-1920s) oak sectional barrister bookcase made by Globe-Wernicke. This is a 3-stack unit (plus top and base) in quarter-sawn oak with the desirable upgrade of leaded glass doors featuring an elegant hexagonal/oval pattern.
The condition is original and unrestored: good patina, some wear/scratches on the top, but no major damage, all glass intact, and doors functional. Leaded glass versions are rarer and more sought-after than plain glass ones, as they were a premium option.
