We have fall weekends available for $125 per night (2 night min). The beach house is one block from the beach. Attached are some photos of the property. On the first floor there are three (3) bedrooms and one bath with tub off the living room. The master bedroom (pink) has a queen size bed. The second bedroom (blue) a full and the third bedroom has a trundle with two twins. There is a breakfast bar from the kitchen into the living room. It has a private yard with picnic table and gas grill.
The second floor is bright and has two large bedrooms at each end. In between is the living room/ kitchen with a trundle bed (two twins). The bathroom with shower is through the master bedroom. It sleeps six in beds and is ideal for couples or a family with a few children. We just had bamboo flooring installed though out the house. There is a 25'x15' private deck with patio furniture and child proof gate.

Have you ever experienced a summer shore house? Basically, single professionals come together to share a house. It's an opportunity to meet other like-minded singles who are looking to make new friends and have a good time.
You may be a little apprehensive about joining a group when you don’t know anyone, but don’t be. Most of the people joining every summer come on board by themselves. But to help allay your fears, everyone will have a chance to meet each other and see the house in person before making a commitment. And don’t worry about ages because I match up everyone by age so you’ll have the best chance of having something in common.
For those of you who’ve had a bad shore house experience, don’t give up on the idea of joining another house just yet. If your previous shore house didn’t have any rules, was in a bad location, had too many roommates, was not clean, had too many weekend guests, had obnoxious roommates, too much drama, etc., etc., then I have the house for you. And if you sat out Summer 2009 because of the bad economy, it's time to come back.
I am running four shore houses for Summer 2010 which are on 24th, 27th, 28th, and 80th Streets. I’m sure I have a house and group that will meet your needs. I limit the number of people on the weekends, so if you’re looking for a smaller number of roommates instead of the usual 15 to 20 associated with most shore houses, this is something you should definitely consider. And with hotel rooms costing $200 and up per night, this is a great deal if you like the shore but don’t have that large circle of friends anymore to share the expense. Since it’s a great way to make new friends, there’s no reason to sit home next summer. The cost is $1,650 for a half share, but depending on the house you pick, your season will be either 9 or 10 weeks. The full season cost is $3,000 for double the weeks.
This setup couldn’t work without some structure, so there are reasonable rules. I think you can appreciate that. And since everything is in writing, you won't have any surprises once summer gets started. If you’re interested in getting this additional information, please let me know. Yes, according to Reuters, you can now book 3 days at a “space hotel” for $4,400,000 for 3 nights per person. Or, you can take your whole family to the Caribbean island paradise of Dominica at Belle Cote Villa for just $1,200 per week. Beyond the price, which is the better deal, let’s see:

I regret to say, I’d give the space hotel this point but at Belle Cote you can sit on the balcony with fresh fruit and coffee, listening to the birds waking up, and see some of the most beautiful sunrises on earth.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Space Hotel – Pod room.
Belle Cote – 3 full bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, full kitchen, a huge great room, private swimming pool and plenty of “space”.
I feel that Belle Cote wins this point.

And at Belle Cote you can dine at a local restaurant to further savor the local Caribbean fare. I’m not sure what restaurants they’re offering in space, but you’ll likely find a McDonalds.

Belle Cote - when you arrive there’s a few Kubuli’s (a wonderful local beer made by Guinness Brew Masters) to start you off. The fresh fixings for Rum Punch are available everywhere.

ACTIVITIES:
Space Hotel - Looking out the window at earth and the stars, nice view at a distance, with no space walks. At the space hotel guests “wear Velcro suits so they can crawl around their pod rooms by sticking themselves to the walls like Spiderman.” I guess that counts as an activity.
Belle Cote - Beaches, waterfalls, rainforests, and amazing hikes to places like the Boiling Lake, great diving and snorkeling. Dominica is known as the “Nature Island of the Caribbean”.
You may be able to play checkers with other guests at Space Hotel. Oh, BTW, we have Checkers too.

The house and neighborhood are ideal for families or people looking to enjoy a quiet vacation at the Jersey Shore. Excellent area - most homes on the block are owner occupied. Many excellent restaurants and stores within walking distance, stroll the Seaside Heights Boardwalk or walk to Barnegat Bay. Everything is within 2-5 Blocks of the house, including a CVS Pharmacy, Casino Pier, and Jenkinson's Water Park.
Rentals are from Saturday 2PM until the following Saturday at 12 Noon. Renters must supply their own personal products such as soaps, shampoos, towels, sheets & pillow cases, etc. Weekly Beach Badges can be purchased at the beach.
Mutually binding standard contract, $500 Security Deposit (for cleaning/damage - refundable if not needed), 50% Rental Deposit upon signing contract with Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy is required.
