I would like to swap our lovely 3/2 manufactured home in St. Cloud (Central) Florida for anything you have down the Jersey shore or South Jersey. I live in north Jersey and we just can't get out to Florida as we planned. St Cloud is right in the center of all the activity. It is only 40 minutes to the theme parks and 1/2 hour to Orlando Airport, so there is plenty to do for the kids as well as the adults.

House is in an all-age, safe, family and pet friendly community and is located across from the pool and club house and there is a reserve (a large, empty lot) right across the street from my house, next to the pool and club house, where pets can run and play. They will never build on that lot. You can also see the sunsets from our driveway.

House has a split floor design. There is a corner fireplace in living room, master bedroom is huge with Italian marble furniture that stays, if needed. The master bath has a garden tub, French doors and a separate shower. On the other end of the house are 2 other bedrooms which are large and all 3 bedrooms have large walk-in closets.

There is a breakfast nook, laundry room with washer and dryer, sliding glass doors in kitchen leading to a side yard, and there is a fishing pond in back yard. There also is a shed attached for storage.
